By accessing or using Viwago's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
Description of Service
Viwago provides an enterprise AI operations platform including voice AI agents, workflow automation, compliance management, and related services. Features may vary by subscription tier.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Viwago retains all rights to the platform, including software, documentation, and branding. Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the services.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viwago's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
